On July 23, 2024, Beijing SYS Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "SYS") and Thailand Siam Environment Technologies Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "SEN") signed a memorandum of cooperation in Bangkok, Thailand. This marks the beginning of their collaboration in the field of water environment management and opens a new chapter of win-win cooperation.
In-depth exchanges, laying the cornerstone of cooperation
From July 14 to 16, 2024, the Chairman and CEO of SEN, along with a delegation, visited Kunming SYS Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Kunming Company"). The Chairman and Head of the International Department of SYS, as well as the General Manager of Kunming Company, warmly welcomed the delegation and accompanied them on a visit to several project cases related to the Dianchi River Basin treatment.

Mr. Jing Ge, the Chairman of SYS, provided a detailed introduction to SYS's systematic treatment concepts and its core technologies—rapid fractionation biological treatment technology and spore transfer treatment technology—earning high recognition from the SEN delegation. The delegation also shared their prospects and needs in the field of industrial wastewater treatment in Thailand and expressed a strong willingness for further cooperation. This exchange not only deepened SEN's understanding of SYS but also laid a solid foundation for future collaboration.

Cross-border signing, opening a new chapter of cooperation
From July 23 to 26, Mr. Jing Ge, Chairman of SYS, visited SEN and signed a Memorandum of Understanding in Bangkok. This milestone signing not only signifies that SYS's technology and system management concepts are highly recognized by SEN but also indicates that the two parties will soon begin closer cooperation in technology sharing, project implementation, and other areas.

During their visit to Thailand, the SYS team focused on exploring SEN's industrial parks in eastern Thailand and other industrial park projects, gaining insights into the actual operations of these projects as well as the demands related to water and energy systems. Chairman Jing Ge conducted in-depth analyses and provided practical optimization recommendations, which were followed by on-site experimental testing. The test results received high praise from the Siam Environment team, who expressed their intention to expedite the implementation of the projects.

Working Together for a Green Future
The signing of this Memorandum of Understanding marks significant progress for both companies in the environmental sector. It aims to leverage the complementary strengths of both parties by introducing SYS's advanced technologies and concepts in water environmental management to Thailand, while collaborating with SEN to jointly promote the innovation and application of environmental protection technologies in Thailand and across Southeast Asia. This cooperation also demonstrates support for the Belt and Road Initiative, further strengthening the close ties between the two companies.
