The Opinions require that the “14th Five-Year Plan” will make in-depth efforts to realise sustained improvement of the ecological environment; the “15th Five-Year Plan” will consolidate and expand to realise comprehensive improvement of the ecological environment; and the “16th Five-Year Plan” will enhance the overall situation to realise fundamental improvement of the ecological environment.
