Ge Jing pointed out that enterprise innovation is generally categorized into technical innovation (basic), rule-based innovation, and systemic innovation, and in order to develop well, an enterprise should make good use of rule-based innovation and systemic innovation. As an entrepreneur, we should be good at applying the methodology of "weighing the shape, measuring our own strengths, and determining strategies", finding our own market segments and customer segments is the key, and according to the target customer groups, we should do a good job of positioning ourselves and setting goals.
