As assessed by the Expert Group of the Technology Achievement Evaluation Center, the primary innovations of the Rapid Bio-Treatment Technology are as follows:
1. The Rapid Bio-Treatment Technology has strong resistance to water quality and volume shocks, especially low-load shocks. It can adapt to low water temperatures (8~10℃) and maintain high biological activity. Additionally, it can achieve on-site reduction of residual sludge, reducing up to 70%-80% compared to conventional activated sludge processes.
2. It has a long service life (20-30 years), virtually no blockage issues, and its treatment capacity remains undiminished over time.
3. Modular design with high integration, it occupies a small footprint, has a short construction period, and quick start-up time.
4. Low operational costs and straightforward maintenance and operations.
In summary, the expert group believes that the overall technology is at the leading domestic level.

As assessed by the Expert Group of the Technology Achievement Evaluation Center, the primary innovations of the Spore Transfer Technology (Micro-nanometer Flotation) are as follows:
1. Through customized special reagents and precise dosing control, combined with efficient flocculation, micro-nanometer spore generation, and efficient separation technology, the pollutant removal efficiency is high. COD removal rate is ≥50%, TP removal rate is ≥90%, suspended solids (SS) removal rate is ≥90%, and chlorophyll-a removal rate is ≥90%. For wastewater with a TP concentration of <1mg/L, ultra-limit phosphorus removal can be achieved with an effluent reaching as low as 0.02~0.03mg/L.
2. Through micro-nanometer bubble generation technology, not only is there efficient pollutant removal, but the effluent dissolved oxygen can approach saturation values, maintaining dissolved oxygen levels of ≥5mg/L (Class III surface water) for over 72 hours.
3. Through steady-state flow field design, efficient separation, and endogenous pollution control technology, the system has a strong shock resistance. The surface load in the separation area reaches over 12m3/(m2h), and the power consumption per ton of water is 0.08~0.12kWh/m?.
4. Modular design with the capability for vehicle-mounted mobility, offering strong flexibility. The installation and commissioning period is ≤3 days.
